Sexual function with Lexapro: I sure don't want any problems in that area. Weight gain with Lexapro: Don't want that either. I am going to take your advice and switch to nighttime doses...it just makes sense to do it that way. My husband and I joked when the doctor asks if the Lexapro is making my depression go away, that I can say it is 50% effective: it is effective during the 12 hours daily when it knocks me unconscious...not a care in the world...zzzzz (LOL) Happy Thanksgiving in advance.
