Try eating dried organic fruit. Even the sugared kind. Fill up your cupboards and refrigerator with treats from the health food store. They have a lot of delicious healthy treats that will make you feel good, as well as tasting good. I don't personally think there's anything wrong with having a sweet tooth. Ever since I recovered from my depresssion, I've learned that enjoying little pleasures is a great part of life. That enjoying a favorite snack in front of a funny movie is not frivolous at all - but an important part of life! And that happy people seem to make others happier.
So I'd just satisfy those sugar cravings with the health food store's version of "naughty snacks". Sweet isn't always bad for you! And one seems to gain less wait on health food - even when it's high calorie. Not sure why.
