Hi,
yes i have. But i believe 7.5mg is a rather low dose and after awhile you would be able to quit mirtazapine. I don't find those strange dreams so disturbing, i think it's fun when you wake up and starting remember all the crazy and absurd things, but that's me. However, if this is your only withdrawal symptom then i think you are doing fine with your reducal rate.
