You might need more granularity in titrating up your dosage. I started at 10mg and had side-effects, so when the were readsy to take me to 20 they had me`spend two weeks`at 15. I had much fewer side-effects!
So perhaps you would be better going from 5 to 7.5 and then to 10. Talk it over with your pdoc of course.
