Unfortunately, I have no pdoc, just a gp, who used to be an ob-gyn. She's very nice, but has very little experience with the transitions! So I'm on my own. I've decided to start the zoloft more or less immediately, at a low dose, and to try to stop taking the effexor. If it doesn't work.... then I'm back to square 1.
I start the zoloft tomorrow.
