Seroquel--weight gain?

I was given 25mgs (I could go to 50mgs or 75mgs if that did not work) of Seroquel to help me sleep. I have heard that it causes weight gain and am concerned. I have already put on so much weight from binge eating and depression, if anyone has feedback it would be very helpful.
