Just Started Yesterday

Hello all.... I just started Effexor yesterday 37.5 for the first week, then up to 75, then up to 150. This is for treatment of GAD. I am tired all the time and go to bed around 8:30 everynight. Was not at all interested in sex while on Celexa 20mg. I am wondering if I will get increased energy and if I will become intersted in sex again, like my pdoc said I should. So far almost everything I have read has been really scary and I am almost afraid to take my dose tomorrw. Any help you can give would be wonderful.
