hi!
> > I'm getting a little worried here. For the last few days I've been noticing sharp, shooting pains in my chest, my mid-chest, and on my left side, like under my ribs. I dont think there is anything over there as the liver and all that is on the right, but I'm getting pretty scared. This is totally new to me.

... i was thinking as read these posts about lexapro's efffects and i made up this theory:
lex is an ssri and it (in a round about way) raises serotonin levels ... but it seems to play havoc with all the neurotransmitters at first, as if it upsets the intersynaptic apple cart ....
... what if as one of the neurochemical reactions, the variation in serotonin levels created the temporary response of cranking up the epinephrin {aka adrenalin) production ?
... we know that intiail lex ses can include an adrenalin-like buzz/anxiety-type effect ...
... and what IF the extra effort by your adrenal glands (aren't they located on top of our kidneys?)
is causing cramps in the surrounding tissues?
... isn't this about the location y'all are talking about?hope this is some help there ...
