I seriously doubt you are bi-polar. I think all your problems are medication-induced.
I also have insomnia that started when I was taking 400 mg Wellbutrin and never went away.

I am not sure about your other meds, but insomnia is one of the side effects of Lexapro that should go away with continued use. I assume you are taking it in the morning...this is good.
Also, with respect to your other post about depression, I was never really big on going to therapy. I always felt I could do it myself. "Feeling Good, by Burns" (Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by Dr. David Burns) was a book that really helped me a lot. I would highly recommend it if you haven't already read it.
