In my humble opinion Nardil is a wonder drug that should be considered more often. The research on it and medical knowledge of it is quite outdated; the shame is that while most of the food restrictions turned out to be unfounded medically, little or none of that information ever got communicated to the prescribing practitioners. I took it for 10 years and it saved my life. The community of Nardil users shared studies that had been published over the past several years and were thus able to live normal lives re diet. Side effects are an issue but hopefully can be minimized given sufficient medical attention. However, there are limits as to what compensating medications can be taken to negate side effects. Klonopin can be combined with Nardil, for instance. I would definitely give it at least two weeks try. It is definitely worth trying in the medical mix, especially for thsoe who did not have success with SSRIs and other "traditional" meds.
