Sometimes you have to listen to your body. Apparently I naturally have just about as much NE in my body as I can tolerate. Any medication that effects NE is a disaster for me. On two of those medications I listened to my pdoc and tried to ride out the start up period. So on Wellbutrin I came close to jumping off a parking garage roof, because I just couldn't take the agitation (akasthesia perhaps?), before it suddenly occured to me it was probably medication induced and that I wouldn't have to live with it forever if I stopped the med. And while the Effexor experience didn't get that bad, it got pretty bad.
Sometimes you have to fight the meds or they can kill you.
