can I go cold turkey of Buspar?

Hi all,

Can I go cold turkey of Buspar? I've only been on it 3 weeks. I've ramped up to 45 mg/day. I want to stop it and go back on zoloft, which was working but I didn't realize how well until I went off it and became an emotional bitch again.
