Nikethamide - another form of nicotinic acid

I've checked few studies and it seems as nikethamide (nicethamide) is a nicotinic acid diethylamide, and has stimulant-like properties. Anyone knows if it could be used together with nicotinamide/NADH to enhance the effects of those 2 compounds on dysthymia?
