First Day w/Topamax I'm stupid already?

I just added topamax to my mix (50 mg. topamax, 200 mg. lamictal, and 50 mg. seroquel in the am. 300 mg. seroquel in the evening). I am completely zoned out. Sort of zombie like. Is this a normal reaction?
My doctor cut my 400 mg. Lamictal dosage down to 200 mg. yesterday because we weren't see much improvement. We thought we'd give Topamax a try.
I've been reading archived posts, but if anyone feels like giving fresh advice, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks!
