Parnate always helps my social anxiety, but so do many ADs (for some people anyway; you have to match the right med to the right person). Benzos, such as Klonipin, are probably the most effective thing for social anxiety. They can be mildly addictive, though (again, for some people), so I try to stay away from them. Many people swear by them, however. But Parnate does work wonders for my social anxiety.
