Hope you guys find something that helps. I'm very similar to your boyfriend, so I can appreciate the frustration you both feel. I'm pretty passsive and meek, and never really dated during my early years, so sexuality always intimidated me. Just talking with my girlfriend helped me a lot to change my perspective, loosen up, and live in the moment. It can be a complex problem, and one that a lot of doctors don't really seem to care about (especially if you're young).
If it's any consolation, I'll wager that it has nothing to do with you, and frustrates him just as much.
