My depression and anxiety were so bad that I was showing signs of a starting psychosis so I think I might need an anti-psychotic but I don't want to live in a hazy world. Does anyone know if mood stabilizers can help with that and the general symptoms of schizotypal disorder? Are mood stabilizers safer than APs? I appreciate any help.
