It's well-established for also being effective in bulimia and alcohol withdrawl/craving reduction. It targets 5-HT-2 receptors in the brain, which accounts for it's anti-nausea effect. But nausea isn't the only thing that 5-HT-2 affects, so it has these other uses. It is mildly shown to be effective in social anxiety and panic anxiety, although reports are mixed.
