I have been on this Effexor for about 4 weeks and my dosage is now 225mg. The response was quite good for the first 3 weeks. But, i notice no improvement for this week. Is this medicine not suitable for me anymore?

How long should it take to actually recover?

How does it feel when i am totally recovered?
