I'm not saying it's the fish oil (so many kinds/strengths etc) but I took fish oil long ago with my AD. I experienced anger/irritation that stopped when I ceased fish oil.
This probably is a rare thing..I'm now cautious about over counter meds .
Just my xperience..be well soon.
