Hope we can keep talking about menopause, and depression. I read that estrogen loss can definitely effect how antidepressans work. I'll give you the name of the book if you'd like. Only thing is I'm not allowed to take HRT because of bleeding problems. But my depression has sunk so low that I need to go back on nardil after 10 years off. Haven't begun it yet, but wonder if anyone knows the interactions of iron tablets and other vitamin/minerals with nardil. I saw on this site that spinich is now added to the lists of no's...I know it has lots of iron, so now I'm wondering if iron can cause a bad reaction. I'm anemic and need it. Does anyone know?? Hope I hear from you. carly
