> A couple of weeks back, there were a few of us that chimed in on the issue of brain fogginess/cognitive detachment. A lot of you were in the process of trying out some supplements to see if this helped the symptoms. These included SAM-e, co-enzyme Q-10, ginko biloba, as well as others. I was hoping we could update each other here and possibly collaborate on our treatment strategies.

Unfortunately, this can mean sacrificing optimum physical health for better mental health, but it has really been my best method of counter-acting brain fog. Gingko has had a very small but noticeable effect as well.

Hi, the non-medication options that seem to have helped me (a little) are sublingual B's, L-tyrosine, fish oil, more sunlight and exercise, regular sleep schedules, more frequent smaller meals, *less* carbohydrates-more protein, etc. I've tried DHEA and SAMe and they both tend to make me a little agitated and hostile. DHEA also tended to cause more muscle aching, SAMe tended to blurr my vision a lot. Haven't tried co-enzyme Q10 though.
