To Dysfunk:
My marketing reference was regarding the mental health non-profits out there whose job it is, in part, to educate people about mental health through their communications vehicles (website, advertising, brochures, public speaking, etc.) Wouldn't it be terrific if a large visible mental health organization (or Roslyn Carter or Tipper Gore, both mental health advocates) launched a campaign around "We're the sane ones" or "It's a physical illness" or something in that same vein so that more people would talk more openly about mental issues, and get help. Maybe some non-profits have done this and I am just not aware of it. (I am an advertising and marketing professional and work for non-profits off and on; hence, my familiarity with the subject.)
Hope that explains the marketing comment.
