Just beginning to take Lexapro...

I am just starting to take Lexapro (with hesitation) simply because my doctor related it to Prozac (which done nothing for me)... But I take Depakote as well... I was switched from Amitriptyline to Depakote due to migraine headaches... Can anyone compare Lex to Amitriptyline... Better or worse, or a completely different medication all in itself (???)
