In reply to Klonopin isn't working well enough., posted by Dinah on October 18, 2002, at 19:00:09
Dinah,
You asked if anyone that is reading your post if your Pdoc would be upset if you took more than twice your usual dose of K.
Now I do not know if your Pdoc would be upset. But I can tell you that taking a dose that is above the reccommended dose could be wrong for you to do. I base this on the concept that drugs have dose related consequenses when taken above what is prescribed. I suggest that you serch the PDR and see if you are way over the limits of this drug. Also,it is my understnding that this drug can have disaterous consequences when alchohol is used concurrently.
This is the drug that I was accidently addicted to. The thing that also needs to be known in what you are describing is the length of time that you have been taking K.
I sincerly hope that you examine the PDR in relation to dosage and I hope tha you get better.
Best Regards,
Lou
