it is not uncommon for antidepressants to cause hypomania, which would be the highs in the cyclomania. as far as i can tell, drs won't diagnose you as being hypomanic at times, and therefore cyclothymic if it is the med that is causing it. you can still benefit from a mood stabilizer like Neurontin or Gabitril to even out your moods if they are a problem.
