Remeron and aggitation

I've been taking remeron for months and my pdoc added Lithium (low dose, 450mg Eskalith CR) 4 weeks ago, but I still have a.m. aggitation. I don't know if it's the norepinephrine or what, but I tend to get angry at the slightest thing. In addition, so far, even with the lithium, I don't still feel depressed. It seems to be more of an anxious depression, not a lethargic one. Any ideas out there?Is anyone else on this combo? How is it working for you?
