HOW WILL ADDERRALL EFFECT METHADONE???????

Hello Folks,
I,m a CP patient on Methadone 20 mg QID,Paxil 40 mg once a day,and Xanax 0.5 TID.I get very "droopy"and the doc is gonna put me on Adderrall.How will this effect the other meds?
