i was taking 4gms/day and it seemed to make things worse in terms of sleep (early waking.) now i'm at 1.25 gms/day and holding steady.
i think this is a good supplement for a number of reasons. and long term exposure to a lower dose should still be of significant benefit to almost anybody.
take what you can tolerate, no more.
