Seritonin and Dopamine Reputake Inhibitors

Are there any Seritonon and Domapine reputake
inhibitors (without Norepenephrine) ?

Or are they not developed because
they would be contraindicated in
people with phychotic depression.

I just need something to alleviate
these tremors from Celexa, I play
piano and I feel like my hands
are always so slowed down now.
