Paxil CR

Has anyone had experience with Paxil CR? I am currently taking Lamictal 100, Depakote 500, and Ambien for sleep. I could be Bipolar II or Major Depression/Recurrent - depending on the pdoc doing the guess work at any given time.
Symptoms:
1) Moderate depression TR
2) Very anergic
Had a great year on Prozac (1998) before "poop out". My current pdoc is willing to try Parnate but I am a bit reluctant to go thru the food hassle.
Any and all comments welcome. Thanks very much.
