antidepressant as anti-psychotic?

Hi,
Can an AD such as celexa have an anti-psychotic effect? I suffer from depression and schizotypal personality disorder and become paranoid and delusional under severe stress. I found that celexa brings me back to reality and prevents additional relapses. This is the only drug I take- can this be possible?
