Could you please share with me the brands of supplements you use? What kind of fish oil are you referring to? How long did it take for it to "kick in"? Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

I am from Canada, and you may or may not have the same brands. But, I have found most brands work well, because unlike herbs, fish oil and other oils are pretty much equal.
I use a brand called Jamieson, but the most important thing is the amounts. It may be different for everyone, and again, I would highly suggest adding a "plant" oil, like Evening Primrose, as it is a *must* to use with the fish oil.
I take 4 grams of fish oil, 2x a day, and I take 2 grams of Evening Primrose, 2x a day. I would start off with just taking each 1x a day. As always, consult with your doctor. I take it with medication, and my doc o.k.'s it.
You should notice some good effects within the first few days, but you have to maintain taking it, as the effects don't last. (They are more like food, really)
I also take Effexor XR, Zyprexa, and Clonazepam, but it was this addition that made a difference. Give it a shot, as it's fairly cheap, and fairly safe.
Take care...
James
