Anafranil and pregnancy

Hi, I've read the information on pregnancy risk associated with antidpression but being one with OCD, I need more assurance! Is there anyone out there who took Anafranil or clomipramine while pregnant??? Also, it seems I need a higher dosage....it's not as effective as when I was not pregnant. Any info on this topic as well! Thanks in advance,
