Hi...

I haven´t say that Celexa or Zoloft are more effective than paxil for OCD.

There have been clinical trial on Celexa for OCD. And it works as well as Paxil in this respect.

What I try to say is that Celexa has less side effect than Paxil, and has minimal interaction with other medication.

The exampel, I mention about 120 mg Celexa was for an refractary OCD. The person still use the med, since OCD very often is a cronic illness, like reccurent depressen.

Of course CBT can be very usefull for some person with OCD, but in server cases one always need medication as the most importend treatment.
