Initially, my appetite was suppressed. Then I think I just began eating more - maybe less anxious about weight gain? I had a real sugar jones and was simply eating too much junk.
Doing well since the end of the year, though, with a lower carb diet. I hope it's a lifestyle change and not a diet. I fully expect lose the 10 or so pounds I gained.
