GABITRIL added to med combo

Hello, just went to my pdoc today. He added Gabitril, 2mg bid day and night for first week, then up to 4mg next adn 8 the third.
Im also taking remeron 30mg bid with 25mg of desipramine at bed. Xanax .5mg taken in the moring or during the day for panic. Any comments on this med.
I still suffer from mood swings?
