really depressed on klonopin

I started klonopin on Thursday (.5 mg twice a day). My doctor bumped it to 1 mg. All I want to do is sleep and I have lost almost all sense of enjoyment in everything. Is this the klonopin, or the depression I was already in (or the increase in lithium stamping down my thryoid).
