I am not in America Thrud, but I would imagine that may be the case. Best to check it out with your local liscense office. I of course couldn't get my pilots liscense while on psych meds, but I guess you wouldn't want some guy flying a 747 on 5 mg's of Xanax a day either..hehe.

It may also be the case with antidepressants, as even pilots can't take them. (Here in Canada anyways.)
