Well, I decided to play it by ear. I ended up not telling him anything, but when it was time to change meds...I suggested that we up the dose of the wellbutrin. He agreed. I was honest about how I felt on the 300mg when we talked about how I was doing, so I'm sure that played a part in it. But now I'm on a very good, working, wonderful combination of meds (400mg of Wellbutrin and 1200mg of Neurontin), after a year of trial-and-error. However, I'm still addicted to reading posts on this board! :P
