Kathleen,No, I was not on Methadone when I went to Mexico and was acutally opiate-free. But you know how cravings are. By doing what I did I was not only getting my beloved pain killers, but I was also living out a sick fantasy that I have had ever since seeing the movie "Midnight Express" when I was a kid. I got a major rush walking back across the border with those pills in my posession. By the way, the percocets cost me $80.00 plus a little juice to the cabbie who took me where I needed to go.
