It is in stage III clinical trials now and should get approval in the next few months. BUT, there are only 300 people in the study and it has been rather long-running and there has been a lot of speculation that it may not offer much advantage over already available antidepressants to treat ADHD, such as desipramine, bupropion, etc. Does anybody else have any more info?

I don't think it makes sense to determine by pharmacological speculation alone the utility that any one drug will have. Desipramine, reboxetine, and atomoxetine are all selective NE reuptake inhibitors. However, desipramine is by far superior to reboxetine and atomoxetine as an antidepressant. Perhaps atomoxetine will be far superior to desipramine to treat ADHD. It's hard to know for sure.
Don't forget about venlafaxine. Does anyone know how it is currently regarded for ADHD?
