Just something of a side note, but Zyrtec (cetirizine) the prescription antihistamine (peripheral H1 antagonist-like Claritin) that only needs to be taken once daily at bedtime is the primary active metabolite of Vistaril (hydroxyzine). I take that PRN for itching related to allergies I have and it does seem to have an anxiolytic effect during the next day.
