aripiprazole --- two stop medication for bipolar 1

Can aripiprazole + a medicene for insomnia be a two stop medication for bipolar 1.
I've taken aripiprazole for 10 days and the mania is gone, lithium is gone, anti-depressants are gone, and I'm quite active.
