dysthymia and lithium

Hello.
Does anyone know if lithium (plus Remeron small dose) could be helpful for dysthymia ? I have been trying it for 4 weeks now, and still no response.
Remeron, or any other AD on their own, are not effective. Neither is amisulpride and Ritalin. I really don't know what to do.
