I had a similar reaction on Wellbutrin. I started taking a very low starter dose and within 3 days I had hives all over. My p-doc didn't think the hives were caused by the Wellbutrin (she thought maybe it was my laundry detergent). After a week with the hives, I stopped taking it and the hives disappeared.

I've been on Zoloft (75mg) for about a month and lost about 6 pounds.
