Cindylou,
Try alternating 10mg and 5mg which would be 7.5 for a week; then go to 10 mgs once you are comfortable. Your body should adjust this way, and if you are okay with it, you can alternate 10 mgs and 20mgs so you'd be on a 15 mg dose for a while, and then eventually see if you need to go to 20mg. I found 20mgs helpful, but had to go to 40 mgs which worked much better for me. I had some anxiety in my life, left my job, so I went to 60 mgs where I've been a couple of weeks. I see my pdoc in a couple of days. Just take your time to see if this med if for you.

> Actually, I started at 2.5 mg., if you can believe that! I am extremely sensitive to medications, and 5 mg. about knocked me over when I first started. I worked up to 5 mg. and stayed there for a couple weeks without much trouble, then went to 7.5 for a week, and then to 10. But at 10 mg the anxiety was crushing. I'm back to 5 now. Can 5 mg. even do any good?
