> if so lithium is the choise to add, yes?? and what chance do I have convincing the docs to give me two potentialy lethal (particularly Li) when they point blank state that I am not bipolar (dispite only 30 min verbal questionare!)any tips for dealing with dangerous docs (when you cant find a new one -NHS)

Yes me again,
Without effexor I guess I'm the rare Ultra rapid cycler with effexor I'm BP1/2?
The questionaire for BP1 was BP2, did BP2 and said possible BP1 .
It's like a quick brain metabilism energy surges and drops without xternal stimuli .People always commented upon my 2 extremes, irrational behaviour.
Can b hereditory- mother has it-self medicates, lots of mental illness drug abuse shitzophrenia in family guess it all merges through the genes and creates an odd un-pigeonholed illness that stumps the pyschos.
Effexor lenghens the moods and instead of agression/irritation ~ manic??,I get hypomanic.
