I have a suggestion on what you can take at bedtime. My doctor prescribed Trazadone which is a sort of antidepressant that has been around for a long time. It is supposed to help with the architecture of sleep. So, it doesn't just knock you out, it really helps you sleep. I only have to take it about every three days at bedtime, and it works like a charm. It isn't addictive either, as far as I can tell. You should ask your doctor about it. It is also really cheap.

I don't have much to say about the Effexor. I take mine in the morning.

good luck.

> I'm taking Effexor now twice a day because I coulnt stomach it all at once in the morning... I'll keep taking it in the morning w/ breakfast, but I was wondering if it wouldn't be better to take my second dosage at a little bit after dinner rather than right at bedtime...?
