Important Amisulpride questions for AndrewB, JohnL

I've been on Amisulpride for about two weeks and I'm flying totally blind now.

My initial hopes were that it would be able to replace my beloved Celexa for my depression and anxiety. I want be sex drive/sentimentality back and my impulsive/drug cravings to go away.

I'm at 50 mgs of Amisulpride now and 30 mgs of Celexa and decreasing. The more I read, however, the more I fear the pre-synaptic D2 action won't help my anxiety, social anxiety, paranoia, anger, etc. topping the disthymia.

Should I continue weaning off the Celexa, and if so, replace it with another drug to catch some of the other symptoms? What are the benefits of adding Adafranil (and at what dose?)

Is there any benefit to taking Amisulpride over, say Wellbutrin alone?

I know this is a lot, but my doctor doesn't support my decision to try Amisulpride so you guys are my only information sources.
